The NexCloudHR team brings together deep SAP HCM and SuccessFactors expertise, practical delivery experience and a genuine commitment to doing things properly. We’re a group of specialists who care about outcomes, not just implementations.

Co‑Founder & Chief Transformation Officer
Sweety Shah is a senior HR Technology & Transformation leader with 22 years of global experience delivering SAP HCM, S/4HANA and SuccessFactors programs across Mining, Energy & Utilities, Government, FMCG, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Water, Construction and Sports. She specialises in shaping enterprise HR strategy, solution architecture and delivery governance.
Sweety is highly regarded for her ability to de-risk delivery, integrate systems at scale and mobilise high-performing teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Her work consistently drives improvements in workforce digitisation, compliance and operational efficiency.
Sudhir Gupta
Founder – Talent & Digital Capability
Sudhir Gupta is a seasoned HR technology and talent solutions leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and recruitment innovation. As Founder of Zone IT Solutions and Co-founder of Zigtal, he has built scalable talent delivery and enterprise cloud solutions that connect HR strategy with business outcomes.
Sudhir brings deep hands-on expertise in designing talent-driven solutions that help organisations access specialised expertise and drive digital capability. Known for his collaborative approach and focus on sustainable partnerships, he works closely with organisations to solve complex talent and technology challenges across the APAC region.
